Artists Studio The brief was to design a studio for a sculpture artist of our choice, the studio should be an inspiring space created predominantly by the artists choice of materials used in the sculptures. A thorough understanding of the making of the sculptures was needed in order to design the perfect space to live work and play in.	Richmond Hill Playschool Design of a Playschool for children aged 3-7 in an up and coming area in Port Elizabeth. The site is situated on a corner plot and next to a public park so the design challenge involved creating an introverted space to protect the children.	Penguin Rehabilitation Centre The task for this project was to design a Penguin Rehabilitation centre for SAMREC. The building needed to accommodate the process of rehabilitation for penguins as well as the public visiting the centre for tours and education. The challenge was allow the public to view the rehab penguins but for them to not be in contact with humans. Only a few of the penguins who are never going to be released are allowed human interaction.
